My friends and I bought a deal for Fish spa/cycling/kayaking at Celestial Resort Palau Ubin for $8.90 each.
I took a quick peek at the pricing and we only saved $1.10.
We took a fish spa and cycling combi as we went there late in the afternoon.
The bicycles were in an ok condition, but they are the normal kind of bikes, we had to dismount and push quite a bit. (even the guys couldn't go up the slope with their bikes)
The guys were lamenting that they should have gone for the mountain bikes instead but I did not went to ask the price. The last I heard was $12 for the mountain bike and that was in 2005.
After we cycled all the way to Chek Jawa and back, we went for the fish spa. Since it was 5+pm, there weren't much people there. And the last ferry was at 7pm.
My first reaction to the fish spa is that it is dirty. :( You can literally see the oil and dirt on the surface, and the leaves were floating around too. Some of the fishes are pretty big, and they hurt when they bit me. But other than that, there isn't much to complain. And we are paying very cheaply for the combi anyway.
My verdict: I will not be going back there anytime soon, considering that I stay in the west. It is not spectacular enough to attract me back to the wilderness. =P

The first view of Celestial Ubin Beach Resort
We chose our bikes!!
Halfway through the cycle when I nearly died.
We finally reached the mangroves!!!
Fish massage after we are done with cycling~~
The crazy swarm of fishes all over us. (BTW, this is not my leg =P)
The blissful, happy moment of life.
