The first exam was hard. Much harder than what I have expected. Especially since last year's paper was relatively easy. Motivation went spiralling down. Okay, and I can't S/U this paper, PH2110. I'm so totally screwed if others don't feel the same way about the paper.
Next paper is HY3226. If I don't do well for this, my cap is going downhill too. Might even end up on academic probation lor. Since my this sem's modules are seriously crap.
Fear motivates people. How true is that. Just saw a documentary about North Korea, and the American journalist who was hosting it. I seriously think that she's a bitch. Really really. Somehow, she just gets on my nerves. Anyway, so she was saying that she didn't know who are the ones pretending to be in awe of Kim Jung il, and those who really think that he's god. It's a matter of both brain-washing and the fear factor. Who can be free to state their minds when one wrong choice word would end people up in work camps or even worse?
I'm interested in going to DPRK, since not many have been there before. Also, as a history student, it's probably the place where sources can be picked up. I mean, it's cool to get an alternative view, even though they might have been brain-washed, and stuff like that.
