This was the first time that I actually did not manage to pay my bills in time because I was overseas when they sent me the late notification sms.
I called them the first time via the hotline and they told me to leave my contact number and they would get back to me. After a few days, I still did not receive their phone calls, which might be due to the fact that I was in Malaysia.
Then, I called them today again and requested to speak to the CSO. They did a quick job of waiving my late fees. I'm just glad that they got waived because it was like 50 bucks even though it was a day or 2 late. OMG.
